AFTER CARE PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Nativity After Care Program will begin on Thursday, September 9 for the 2010-2011 school year.  This program is held Monday through Friday from 2:30-6:00P.M.  It is held in the school Library and Room 202, which is across from the Library.   This program will run on half days if at least 5 children are signed up the Friday prior to the half day, there are NO EXCEPTIONS.  A sign-up form will be provided at sign-out in the weeks prior to the half day.

Please fill out the After School Care Registration Form to register your child/children for the program.  If registering multiple children please fill out one form for each child.  A $10 Non-Refundable Registration Fee per child must be included with the registration form.

Snack will be provided daily for children.  On half days children can bring in a bagged lunch or choose to have pizza for lunch that will be ordered and delivered to school.

Monday through Thursday there will be quiet/homework time for students to work on homework or study.  We are happy to help the children if there is difficulty with homework, but we can not spend the entire time helping one child due to the amount of children in the program.  It is important for you to tell us if you do not wish your child to complete homework at After Care.  Any child who is not completing homework at After Care or has finished homework is expected to be respectful while other children finish their work.

At the After School Program students are expected to behave as they would in school, as each child and parent has signed and returned the behavior/discipline guideline sheet to the school office.

To ensure the safety of the children, every parent is required to complete a pick-up release form for your child/children.  Children will only be released to those listed on the form.  If there are any changes to whom may pick up your child/children please let us know.  Please ask anyone on the list to bring valid picture id for pick-up.

The fees for the 2010-2011 After School Care Program on full days of school are as follows:

• $20.00 for one child
• $30.00 for two children
• $40.00 for three children.

The fees for the 2010-2011 After School Care Program on half days of school are as follows:

• $35.00 for one child
• $55.00 for two children
• $75.00 for three children

Billing is done monthly by the Business Office.
