The Nativity After Care Program will begin on September 6th for the 2012-2013 school year.  This program is held Monday through Friday from 2:30-6:00P.M.  It is held in the school Library and Room 102, which is across from the Library. This program will NOT be held on half days.

We will provide snack daily for the children and Monday through Thursday there will be quiet/homework time for students to work on homework or study.  During homework/quiet time we are happy to help the children if there is difficulty with homework, but we cannot spend the entire time helping one child due to the amount of children in the program.  All children will work on homework assignments, unless you tell us otherwise.  Any child who is not completing homework at After Care or has finished homework is expected to be respectful while other children finish their work.

At the After School Program students are expected to behave as they would in school, as each child and parent has signed and returned the behavior/discipline guideline sheet to the school office.

It is very important that both the classroom teacher and After Care supervisors know when to expect your child at the After Care Program.  We ask that you provide us with a weekly or monthly schedule for your child.  If you child is only attending on occasion we ask that you provide the classroom teacher and After Care with a note regarding your child’s attendance for that day.  Following this procedure will help us make sure we have your child at After Care and that we can provide a safe snack that day if your child has an allergy.  Thank you for your cooperation!

The fees for the 2011-2012 After School Care Program on full days of school are as follows:

$20.00 for one child

$30.00 for two children

$40.00 for three children.

Billing is done monthly by the Business Office.

Please fill out the After SchoolCare Registration Form to register your child/children for the program.  If registering multiple children please fill out one form for each child.  A $10 Non-Refundable Registration Fee per child must be included with the registration form.

Once you have registered your child/children for the After Care Program, you will be required to complete a pick-up release form to ensure the safety of your child/children.  Children will only be released to those listed on the form.  If there are any changes to whom may pick up your child/children please let us know.  Please ask anyone on the list to bring valid picture id for pick-up.
